Monthly - Helpdesk / Ticket Based Email Support
With our monthly option, the most affordable option available, you save more when you commit to more. Every month you pay for a set amount of tickets, which would be considered your commitment. You are then billed for those tickets at that commitment levels pricing. Should you go over your commitment in any particular month, the overage is charged at the same commitment pricing unless you upgrade your account prior to the overage.
