SeeksAdmin provides technical support services to internet based
companies that have a need to outsource their end-user support
departments. We specialize in providing superior support to web hosting
companies, internet service providers, software developers, and many

Our team of highly trained system administrations are available at all times of the day ready to service your company’s end-users. We always provide a friendly and pleasurable experience for your end-users. All of our outsourced support services are provided directly from your already implemented support solutions and are fully branded, to ensure your clients will never know of SeeksAdmin.
We support level 1 and level 2 issues with the following support plans. All level 3 issues will be escalated to your system administration team, unless you also have a server administration service with us as well - in which case we would sort these issues.
Monthly - Helpdesk / Ticket Based Email Support
With
our monthly option, the most affordable option available, you save more
when you commit to more. Every month you pay for a set amount of
tickets, which would be considered your commitment. You are then billed
for those tickets at that commitment levels pricing. Should you go over
your commitment in any particular month, the overage is charged at the
same commitment pricing unless you upgrade your account prior to the
overage.

PrePaid - Helpdesk / Ticket Based Email Support
This
option provides exactly the same features as the plan above, but is
intended for those with lower ticket volumes or for those that rather
not commit to monthly usage. With this option you fund your account
with at least the minimum amount ($100) and then you may utilize the
great service and coverage provided by the above plan for a long as you
have credit. All tickets on this plan are billed at $3.05 per ticket and your credit does not expire until it has all been used.
